First Baptist Church invites all children ages 3 thru 2nd Grade to join The PraizeKids Choir for fun music-making each Sunday evening at 5:00 PM. The group meets in the children's wing at FBC and is led by Alice Herring. The PraizeKidz Choir sings in church services regularly and will be particpating in regular seasonal musical events. If you'd like your child(ren) to participate in this group, feel free to contact Ms. Alice or Tim Price.

Calling all Followers-of-Christ in 3rd through 8th grades: Come enjoy making music with The KidzSing Choir! Led by Alice Herring, this group meets Sundays at 5:00 PM in the Youth Choir Rehearsal Room. Singing a variety of music, The KidzSing Choir presents music in church services regularly and prepares seasonal, staged musical productions. Anyone in grades K-5 is invited to participate in The KidzSing Choir!

New this year, the Music Ministry has designed a music education program to accompany the choirs at FBC. While one group meets for choir with Ms. Alice at 5:00 in the choir room, the other group will meet with Mr. Tim in the High School Sunday School Room to learn about music through Music Crafts, Boomwhackers Music, Handbells, and the Voice For Life program from RSCM (Royal School of Church Music) with additional materials designed by our Director of Music. After 20 minutes in their first group, the choirs will switch rooms to participate in the other program.
